A little about our smoked meats…
All of our meat is slow smoked on site for up to 13 hours. We use a variety of hardwoods, charcoal, and wood pellets to fully cook the meat while giving it that one of a kind smoke flavor.
Smoked meats will often have a “Smoke Ring” or pink color in the meat. This is a natural occurrence and has nothing to do with the “Doneness” of the meat, but everything to do with the flavor. We love BBQ and we’re sure you’ll love ours.
